James met us at the flat and told us what flat could be marketed at. He was very helpful and friendly. Whenever we had a query he always came back to us with an answer. I don't know the young lady's name in the office but she was also extremely helpful.

Stonegates are absolutely appalling. The house has been on the market for nearly a year and they only (just about) managed to achieve one offer, which fell through.
