After a bad experience with another local firm we decided to sell our house using Marcus Alderson estate agents. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by all the staff in the Richmond office. They have been helpful and responsive in dealing with viewings and queries. In the current difficult housing market Marcus Alderson have done as much as possible to find a buyer for us and we are pleased that we have now concluded a successful sale of the house. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the North Yorkshire area.

We got a valuation from all local estate agents but decided to go with Alderson's as they offered us 10% discount, and they sold the property to us 4 years ago.
