Hello, I would like to share some feedback about the awful experience I have just had with Knight Frank's Trinity Village Estate office. I visited the flat last week and was told that we would not be able to give me a move-in date as there were some issues with the landlord and the developer apparently. I did not get any material update for several days on this one and when calling this morning I was just told that the flat had miraculously been let, without telling me anything about it. I was dealing with Dawn and Tara. I find this very unprofessional and as you can imagine it makes our flat search much more difficult. Best regards, Dimitri

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
