We used the Team in the Chelmsford office for the sale or our old home and purchase of our new home. The team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They took the time to take great photos, kept us updated on the sale and the viewings were all taken care of for us. Once we had sold our place and had an offer accepted on our new place, there were a number of properties in the chain and so plenty of people to juggle and they handled it all beautifully. They kept us in the loop at all times and really helped the process get over the line and kept the whole chain moving forwards for us. They are faultless in their work and we would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home!
