Awful service, misled by the vendor, fobbed off by this agent. They are just not interested. The service is appalling even after completion we struggled to collect keys. Our vendor left the property with no utilities broken fixtures etc. this agent washed their ... Read Full Review

Aside from some of the ridiculous valuations and even refusing to put an offer forward to the vendor because THEY thought it was too low (not the vendor), they also breach GDPR law by constantly harassing me with unwanted and pointless advertising even after unsubscribing and emailing the director ... The members of staff of this estate agent, in general, are not only unhelpful but have very poor attitude and can have very poor talking manners. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
