Having just purchased our new home through View Lettings I was very pleased with the service they provided. It took me 3 years to find a property, so as you can imagine I have dealt with a lot of agencies. Nathan was straight forward, efficient, friendly and very helpful. He was always available to talk to and when he wasn’t he would get back to me quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Complaints Procedure Our complaints policy We are committed to providing a high-quality letting service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. We have 15 days to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may complain to the Property Ombudsman. What will happen next? 1. We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. We 2. An investigation of the complaint will be promptly undertaken. This will normally involve passing your complaint to a senior member of staff who was not directly involved in the transaction. They will review your matter and speak to the complainant and the member of staff who was involved. 3. The senior member of staff will fully investigate the matter and a formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent out to the complainant within 15 days. 4.
