I own a property these guys (oliver) manages......have worked with them for a few years now and they provide a top class service.....always have clients interest foremost in their thoughts.....they are consistently on top of things...really take the hassle out of being a landlord.....i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them in the same way as they were recommended to me.

As always, fees could be less. But they were far from what most of the agencies expect.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure Our complaints policy We are committed to providing a high-quality letting service to all our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please contact us with the details. We have 15 days to consider your complaint. If we have not resolved it within this time you may complain to the Property Ombudsman. What will happen next? 1. We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. We 2. An investigation of the complaint will be promptly undertaken. This will normally involve passing your complaint to a senior member of staff who was not directly involved in the transaction. They will review your matter and speak to the complainant and the member of staff who was involved. 3. The senior member of staff will fully investigate the matter and a formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent out to the complainant within 15 days. 4. At this stage, if you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for another senior member of staff to review the complaint. This review will be undertaken by a member of staff detached from the situation and they will provide a review for the complainant within 15 days. 5.
