I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team at Lloyds of Watford for all the support and help, whilst i was purchasing a flat in Watford. I was kept in the loop at all times, and the team had a very engaging approach and was quick to discuss any issues, and dealt with queries from the solicitors, promptly, so that the process of purchase went smoothly until the completion. I was impressed with the professional and friendly approach of David and Gabriella and they were always available for any questions or clarifications that were needed. I would strongly recommend the estate agent and would undboubtedly use their service in the near future, if required. Well done team

What agent could do to change your mind?
In all honesty, I could never trust this agent again. Their behaviour, in my opinion, \'crossed a line\' and certainly nearly destroyed us at a time when we were really trying to \'hold it together\'. We are writing this review because we would like others to know that there is another side to this agent if they are dealing with vulnerable people and so to have the opportunity to make an informed decision about whether or not to do business with them.
