I live in Elmsbrook estate in Bicester. Since the beginning it's been very difficult to deal with the A2 dominion agents. A lot of promises and a lot of lies. Quality houses is decent (not super high level as they advertise) but the customer care is simply appalling. You have to pay high prices for something which is average. If you are lucky and they reply to one of your e-mail, it will be anyway a disappointing answer. They are more interested in your money rather than providing a good quality service.

14 Aug 2019Having experienced conditions with a2dominion since 2009 I totally understand this review. Everytime I have complained about violence from my neighbours rather than tackle antisocial behaviour they have suggested I move out. I recently made a complaint to a2dominion when I saw their Pyramid Plus contractors throwing their rubbish over our fence and was shocked that they breached gdpr rules by supplying my name address and telephone number to the guilty contractor so that he could contact me. Now I'm in fear that all of the Pyramid Plus contractors know my name, address, and whereabouts. If any maintenance needs doing on my property I cannot now logically put myself at risk by inviting one of the Pyramid Plus contractors into my home. This has already cost me £30.00 for a recent toilet flushing system that I was forced to replace myself.
