I sold our family home earlier this year, as I was downsizing and I looked at the local estate agents available and narrowed my selection down to three. When the three agents came to value the property, Rhian from Roberts of Pontypool was the clear winner. She knew the area extremely well, she was realistic about both the property and the current market and she gave me confidence that my house sale would be in good hands. An easy decision. This is one of the most stressful things we can do in life, moving house, but once that decision had been made, the ladies at the office in Pontypool made my life as easy as it could be in the circumstances, offering advice if I had a concern and signposting me if I needed assistance in moving forward. From beginning to end, an exemplary, truly local service that I can recommend without reservation. If you want a slick, faceless machine, don't choose Roberts. If you want someone passionate about your property, there is only one choice.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
