My properties have been managed by 1st Avenue for a number of years and I can always rely on them to make sure everything is taken care of and my tenants are happy and my property is been looked after very well

*So inadequate at managing a property. 1st avenue were fantastic when we were looking for a property, but as soon as they have received your money, they lose interest. Problems with the property were not dealt with quickly or sometimes not at all so that we eventually gave up. Staff are young, unprofessional and have no experience.... Read Full Review
