*So inadequate at managing a property. I lived in a property they managed, they hadn't completed an inventory for 5 years, the place was riddled with mice, any maintenance issue took 8x to argue about. In the end, they contacted my housemates and I 18 months after we had lived there because there were bills they hadn't told us about which were obviously well past due. They would use an argument which was contradictory to the last. I cannot stress enough how bad this agency is at managing anything and how badly run they must be. Clearly they take your money, get the interest and f**k all the tenants. Go elsewhere.

1st avenue were fantastic when we were looking for a property, but as soon as they have received your money, they lose interest.
