Does customer care even exist here? Very poor experience from start to finish. Initially spoke to a lady, who seemed very uninspired to say the least, requested some information regarding properties in Merthyr, but was unable to provide us with the correct information. Her attitude was borderline rude, and because of this, I couldn't recommend this company to friends or family.

I cannot fault the Merthyr office. Amanda and her staff have gone above and beyond. They have helped us out at very short notice when the chain for our sale and purchase looked like it was falling apart and sorted us out with a lovely rented house. They may be cheaper than other estate agents but whats that old saying "you only get what you pay for", if we had known what dealing with Weathersby's would be like we would have run in the opposite direction.
