I cannot fault the Merthyr office. Amanda and her staff have gone above and beyond. They have helped us out at very short notice when the chain for our sale and purchase looked like it was falling apart and sorted us out with a lovely rented house. They have shown us houses outside of office hours, dropped off keys after closing, come out on wet dark nights for last minute viewings. Special thanks to the young gentleman who spent hours on the phone to Eon for us. I was very happy with how they have been with us. Thank you :-)

Very competitive and you get a lot for your money. Much more so than, so called, big name estate agents.

Does customer care even exist here? Very poor experience from start to finish. They may be cheaper than other estate agents but whats that old saying "you only get what you pay for", if we had known what dealing with Weathersby's would be like we would have run in the opposite direction.
