Excellent service - understood what the tenants/landlords really want and ultra friendly. I rented out an apartment through Dawn and also bought an apartment through her. The service has been first class and as a result I also introduced her to my friends who were looking to rent. Not a single complaint!

Competitive compared to the market - Definitely much lower than a few large agents out there. (by almost 30%)
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
