I have been renting for many years now and have dealt with multiple agents across central london, north london and east london. Dawn Sandoval are clearly the best i have come across for the following reasons 1) Hassle free professional service - be it start of the contract, renewals, any thing else : Hassle free smooth experience 2) Turnaround time: Every time there was an issue within the apartment, i would reach out to Dawn/Gabi who would always come back within a day!! Both were very considerate and always dealt the matter based on facts (no prejudice towards the landlord). Once we had an issue with the toaster she got it replaced with a new one in a day; we had issue with the carpets - she got the pest control done within days! have to say the best service! 3)No hidden fees - unlike few other agents in the city 4) Pleasant to work with - Very important point : a few of the agents I have interacted with tend to be rude and high headed, particularly during difficult negotiation situations; Dawn and Gabi were always composed, professional and empathetic. (They didnt shy to reach the landlord to seek exceptions for good tenants)
