Ward and Partners provided a good service with regards to finding a tenant for my property. The lettings process was clearly explained and all paper work was dealt with in a professional manner.

Absolutely appalling our file for progressing sat on their desk from October till January so we ended up waiting over 4 months had to do the chasing ourselves to find out what was going on, missed our deadlines.
