Absolutely appalling our file for progressing sat on their desk from October till January so we ended up waiting over 4 months had to do the chasing ourselves to find out what was going on, missed our deadlines. What agent could do to change your mind?
Going to write a letter of complaint about branch due to the way we have been treated.

Absolutely appalling our file for progressing sat on their desk from October till January so we ended up waiting over 4 months had to do the chasing ourselves to find out what was going on, missed our deadlines.
The Manager also promised a £50 M&S voucher for referring another person and it was never given kept chasing them from October to March - useless.
I would NOT recommend Ward & Partners at all.

As a property investor I have dealt with many agents and rarely have good things to say about them, but my dealings with Ward & Partners was certainly a positive experience, I found all the staff especially Michele to be friendly, efficient & above all honest in their dealings with me. The marketing of my property was exceptional with great photography & wide coverage
& they achieved a good price in quick time. Chantelle the sales progressor was in regular contact and helped the sale proceed to a succsessful conclusion & quickly. They are not the cheapest but ive done cheap in the past & it hasnt worked.
