Fabulous service from Steve Spence and all the team at Neilsons Corstorphine Branch. Advice given definitely saved us a few headaches on the purchase of our new home and legal advice regarding selling. Went above and beyond what we expected even contacting us late Friday and Saturdays on a Bank holiday to give us reassurance on a tricky purchase . Definitely would recommend

They did not do credit checks. They sent a Notice to Quit letter telling the tenant she didn't have to move out if she didn't want to - obviously this was against my interests as a Landlord. They gave no advice on the need for insurance. They did not inform me of the condition of my flat (bad), I ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done credit checks - I asked them to do this, but they said, \'oh no, we don\'t do credit checks\' as if there was actually something wrong with doing credit checks; as a person who\'s been a tenant, I found this incomprehensible, but I stuck with this agent for ages, just because I had no idea about letting agent practices. Also they should have not put things in the NTQ that were against my interests.
