Atrocious and shambolic..... Darren Lacy is an overbearing bully with a napoleon complex...... Consistently underdelivering a terrible customer experience. I wouldn't ever use this company again.......i rather eat my firstborn.... 1 star is too generous

11 Jun 2020This comment has been made by a tenant we were forced to evict due to many months of rent arrears and extensive damage to the property. Quite possibly the worse case we have had in our 20 years letting property.

12 Jun 2020We went through this in court Darren..... Your lying again..... This time you've made the mistake of doing it in public. You owe me 3 grand in overpaid rent, but I'm never going too see that am I? And as for damaging the property, how is a long term leak from the faulty bathroom in the flat above my fault?..... I was telling you for 3 years there was a problem but apparently we should stop using the place as a "Chinese laundry" If you wish too see the property when we were living there then please feel free to visit Facebook and look for Don't use Bradley and Lacy letting agents.... Pictures as they say, paint a thousand words! Yes we were evicted but environmental health placed a non habitual order on the flat so maybe I wast being an awkward tenant after all.
