I am a property owner who uses Complete Ltd to look after my flat. My tenants contract expired five weeks ago and the tenant is still in my property without paying his rent. I had to highlight the issues to complete as they totally ignored the facts and despite communicating with them frequently I receive only delayed responses, mostly without the information requested in my emails. I had to ask them what actions I should take as they (as the agency) are showing very little concern about the situation. Even after requesting to serve section 21 to the tenant, I have not heard back from them if this had been done. emails are either ignored or responded in delayed fashion.
Considering the poor service, I suppose the fees are inadequate.

The issues was partially resolved when the tenant moved out, paid the rent in installments and left a damaged property which I had to fight to get deducted from the deposit - which they eventually gave me. My disappointment with COMPLETE is that they dont represent the owners interest and only care about their fees. I requested that my property is inspected when the tenant failed to pay rent, they claimed that the apartment was in perfect condition, yet a couple of months later I had to pay forthe repairs...
