*Charge the tenants Management fee at your leaving, faking inventory checks, etc. Everything to steal as much as as possible from your deposit. Please don't believe any friendly approach from them, they are professionals in lying and cover their backs. You will pay for it in the end. We have been paying rent punctual, keeping the flat in excellent condition and helping them to find replacement, even letting them items for the house voluntary upon request. They end up stolen our items and charging us a penalty fee of 1k, adding the landlord as responsible when the poor man didn't know what they were doing in his back. When we ask for explanations they literally laughed in our face. Avoid this agent at all cost!! I hope this message helps somebody.

I just wanted to point out that we are really disappointed by Winkworth's services. We had put down an offer for a flat and the property was given to someone else , even though the landlord had accepted our offer.
