*Charge the tenants Management fee at your leaving, faking inventory checks, etc. Everything to steal as much as as possible from your deposit. I just wanted to point out that we are really disappointed by Winkworth's services. We had put down an offer for a flat and the property was given to someone else , even though the landlord had accepted our offer.
