Not the easiest of sales and the buyers solicitors are useless but this doesnt taint my over all experiance. House was sold after about 4 weeks not full asking price but very close.

DO NOT USE!!! As you can see this agent states you can get something called Buyers Incentive. What they are doing is point blank LYING TO YOU! Lied to, insulted & laughed at! From the word go I knew she does not know what she was doing her figures were not adding up at and she is very arrogant.
