Wish I could give zero stars... Seriously, for your own sanity's sake avoid Connells like the plague. The catalogue of horrendous errors we experienced with these jokers over our tenancy borders on satire. Started on day one when they took twice the amount for the deposit and first month's rent and just went downhill from there. The staff are deeply incompetent, rude and arrogant but you will almost always never deal with the same person twice as they don't seem to be able to hold onto them for more than a few weeks. Multiple "inspections" flagged up a myriad of problems with the property and they failed to ever address any of them, frequently colluding with the landlord. They literally don't care and just want to be paid and do nothing. Quite simply the worst agents I've ever come across in nearly 30 years of renting; believe me, that is quite an accomplishment.

DO NOT USE!!! As you can see this agent states you can get something called Buyers Incentive. What they are doing is point blank LYING TO YOU! Lied to, insulted & laughed at! From the word go I knew she does not know what she was doing her figures were not adding up at and she is very arrogant.
