I moved into a rental apartment here in Jewellery Quarter just over 1 week ago, and this was arranged through Arkade Property. From start to finish, this 'check-in' process has been seamless. I've experienced exceptional customer service and particularly enjoyed using a digital platform to scan, review and sign all necessary documents. I would also like to thank Nicola, Justin and Wesley for all of their help. Their customer service skills have been outstanding and they are an absolute credit to this company. I had a lot of questions/queries and these 3 team members that I dealt with were always more than happy to assist on each occasion. I have been privately renting for over 8 years and have now dealt with a total of 4 different Lettings Agents in that time (across both South Warwickshire and Birmingham City Centre). By quite a large margin, Arkade Property has got to be the friendliest and most professional of all 4. Thank you once again Nicola, Justin and Wesley! Kindest regards, Jas N.
