Really mixed experiences with this agency. I've been renting witht them for more than two years but wouln't go back to renting from them because of some workers that have proved to be extremelly unhelpful.

10 Oct 2017Hi Alexandra, I have not received a response from you in regards to why you have rated us with one star when we are known for providing a high quality of service to all Landlords and Tenants. After looking in to your case I can see that you vacated the property without paying the last rent and left the property in a terrible condition which left the Landlord out of pocket. Due to this we had to use your deposit to pay the Landlord the rent and bring the property back up to standard to rent to the next Tenant. The Landlord and Arkade Property did a lot for you in regards to helping you and you disappointed us with the way you ended the tenancy. If you wish to discuss this further please do contact me.
