I requested a viewing with this company and Mr Richmond set up a same-day viewing online. As I do not spend all day online I missed the appointment. I emailed him and rang his office requesting he contact me via telephone. My second attempt to book an appointment resulted in Mr Richmond again contacting me online. I again rang the office and was assured he would call back. This did not happen. I rang again and this time managed to speak to him explaining, as above, that I would prefer telephone contact for short notice viewings. He said this was simply my preference and not his. I explained again my intermittent use of my laptop whereas he uses his all day and he informed me he has a desktop! How does this benefit our conversation? He then said he would prefer not to show me the property. Is this man an estate agent or an arrogant fool?
