I used the Home Agency to rent a student 5 bed house for 1 year. They did not take an inventory at the beginning of the lease and then tried to use this to their advantage to claim money from me when I moved out - money for things that WEREN'T THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! On two occasions when things were broken they took WEEKS to arrange someone to fix things. They wouldn't disclose who the actual landlord was so I had no way of contacting him/her. They used everything they could think of to try and scam us out of any money they could but after months of fighting back they LOST! Avoid this agency.

24 May 2018I would like to respond to the above, the tenant above was in serious arrears. Access was impossible to gain the property was left in an incredibly poor state of repairs. Anyone thinking of letting to these tenants please don't.

I requested a viewing with this company and Mr Richmond set up a same-day viewing online. As I do not spend all day online I missed the appointment. I emailed him and rang his office requesting he contact me via telephone. My second attempt to book an appointment resulted in Mr Richmond again ... Read Full Review
