We sold our property with Mr and Mrs Clarke and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. We put the property on the market with brexit approaching and in the run up to Christmas, so we weren't expecting a quick sale. Some fantastic photos and great rapport building from Paul Clarke ensured plenty of viewings and that the house was sold for the full asking price in only a few weeks. Paul stayed involved throughout the sale process until completion and made sure that things ran smoothly throughout. We can honestly say that in the modern days of internet property sites, we felt estate agencies were becoming an unnecessary expense but Mr and Mrs Clarke proved us wrong. Whilst branches really don't seem to make much difference these days, a hands on, experienced agent, who knows the value of effective marketing to make your property stand out, makes an enormous difference. The fee was also very reasonable indeed, another benefit of not using a branch network. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Paul!

Mr and Mrs Clarke expected payment of their fee 30 days after exchange. Our completion date wasn't fixed so when the 30 days was up they demanded their fee and threatened us with court and bankruptcy.
