I can't recommend Mr & Mrs Clarke enough. Incredible service from start to finish. I instructed them on the sale of my property, my agent, Lisa Cook, had extensive knowledge of the area and a full understanding of who my property would appeal to. They go the extra mile when it comes to listing your property with professional photos that show your home off to it's full potential. The agent had viewers through the door even before it went online and I had a full asking price offer within 3 days of being on the market. Lisa was also instrumental in driving the entire chain of my sale and would respond to calls, texts and any queries immediately, any day of the week, daytime or evening. Mr and Mrs Clarke expected payment of their fee 30 days after exchange. Our completion date wasn't fixed so when the 30 days was up they demanded their fee and threatened us with court and bankruptcy.
