I met Lee at a house in Rose Green and after showing us the property he was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and even provided local information on schools and places to walk as we have a small dog. We decided to take the house and the whole application process and move in went very smoothly. We have rented for 3 years in Yorkshire with two other letting agents and neither of them have provided the thorough service offered by Lee and his team

What agent could do to change your mind?
The Agent i spoke to (Jenny) was abrupt and very rude towards me. Our conversation lasted not longer than 30 seconds which consisted of her asking my age and then dismissing me when i answered her. She lacked the ability to offer any alternative or engage with me at any level.
