Really annoyed with Countrywide services. After 6 months delaying the transaction, they left a debt in the gas and electricity meter of about £300. Clearly, they didn't do a proper job and their prices are not cheap.rnIf you claim, then they drag everything longer or blame someone else and do not do anything until you get tired of calling them. I got tired and had to face the debt.rnIf you want a free hustle transaction, they are to avoid. I an see why they are having so poor comments in this and other websites.
Comments on Agent Fees
I was told the total price would be £1400 (based on the range of the property I was to purchase). Well, the fees raised unexpectedly to £2000.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
