Really annoyed with Countrywide services. After 6 months delaying the transaction, they left a debt in the gas and electricity meter of about £300. Comments on Agent Fees
I was told the total price would be £1400 (based on the range of the property I was to purchase). Well, the fees raised unexpectedly to £2000.

I got tired and had to face the debt.rnIf you want a free hustle transaction, they are to avoid. I an see why they are having so poor comments in this and other websites.
