DO NOT USE, Unprofessional, Misleading and Liars. Initially I thought they were doing a good Job as I sold my house on the first viewing. After Eight weeks of being Misled, my sale fell through due to the buyer messing about and the agency advising I should stick with the buyer. Re marketed the house, sold again with two offers, Agent advised to go with their recommendation and told the other buyer I was not Interested in their offer!!! I chose the other buyer as they appeared trust worthy. This is where the agent became unhelpful, I did ALL the chasing with the buyer and solicitors, they finally called me one week before completion to give me an update and ask how I wished to pay my fees. Never use this agency.

Staff generally Ok but let down badly by woeful solicitors Countrywide. Avoid these at all costs and do NOT accept advice to use these as being beneficial. It is NOT. Switched to another agency after 6+months of no movement. No offers made due to a lack of sales tactics, and lack of market knowledge. Opinions on Bairstow Great Barr seemed to be that houses don't sell unless prices dropped, not that effort needs to go into it. ie: knowing their customers... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The only good thing they did was put an enthusiastic individual onto us named Scarlett, yet by then the damage had been done. The administration was terrible.
