Steve Barratt and the Bromsgrove office have failed spectacularly in their duty of care for my property which was rented out under their full management scheme. Three months after the tenants moved out, leaders had still not attended to the works required and then wondered why it hadn't rented out. They are now insisting that the property is in a better state than when the tenancy commenced. How this can be I do not know; given that; - The carpets remain heavily stained and smell of animal urine despite apparently being professionally cleaned (in the two years of the tenancy Leaders failed to notice that 4 animals were being kept loose in the house). - The required redecorating has apparently been achieved simply by two roller brush strokes on two walls. - The property has apparently had professional deep clean yet has required a further 4 days of work to get it to an acceptable standard. - A missing ceiling light shade has been replaced by an old, dirty, lampshade fitted upside down to the ceiling flex. - Other light fittings remain broken - Parts of the cooker extractor hood are missing - And a full car load of rubbish has been taken to the tip.
