Dealing with this agency was one of the worst experiences we had. The flat was horrible, we couldn't even last 1 month there , it made us sick, and at the end we didn't get our deposit back for bunch of silly reasons. Deserve no start... we were never late for paying rent although the living conditions were unbearable. Since the beginning we reported problems that affected our health as well as our babies health such as the mould and weren't helpful and blamed us for it "talk about professionalism"

An awful company -would never trust again!! Would never trust again!! Showed me a virtual video of an apartment to rent and asked me to pay a holding deposit for referencing. A totally awful experience from start to finish. Would not rent from this company again. They don't check you in, you have to do it and then when they check you out it sometimes is a different inventory company. So discrepancies and standards vary. As other people has stated avoid to rent with this overrated company. They will charge you a lot when entering to the property and, when you leave, they will try to take as much money from your deposit as they can, trying to find bad excuses. Awful experience! High charges when you enter the house that you need to pay if you want to keep it. And keep in mind that they will charge you when you leave, no matter how clean you leave the house they will look for excuses as they know that we need the money back and we have not got the time to go for arbitration(which is a proccess that they need to accep as well otherwise it wont serve for nothing)
