For a start there were hidden fees. It ended up being double what it should have been, and quadruple of what other properties with different lettings agents are. They also force a guarantor upon you for a fee when you earn more than them in the first place. The "professional clean" is pathetic and the furniture and equipment as not adequate to survive. It takes a minimum of a month to get a useful response for any action to take place. The emergency phone gets picked up only 7 hours a day during the week and barely ever on the weekend. You have to visit their office and speak in person, meaning you have to get time off work etc. The landlord still does not even have a name yet and refuses to speak to anyone. I cannot believe any business is allowed to run like this and let innocent people suffer. If you value your health and finances, please avoid like the plague.

I can buy a car with the amount of money the fees were, and when I questioned them, I was threatened to sign a contract I have never seen since.
