We had no hesitation to instruct Philip Martin as our Selling Agents for our Edwardian Cottage in Portscatho. Simon Stephens and his team displayed utmost professionalism throughout the sale period. Simon's initial market appraisal was clearly based on an accurate sensing of the prevailing market conditions. His helpful advice on the best timing and presentation of our property, this coupled with a realistic selling price, gave us a sound basis to make a decision to proceed with marketing. Philip Martin managed the marketing period and interested purchasers very professionally and communications with our purchasers, Solicitors and ourselves was of the highest standard. Our sale completed smoothly and we certainly have no hesitation in recommending Philip Martin's team to prospective sellers or purchasers looking for a thoroughly professional and sensitively handled service. As an experienced Chartered Surveyor I was looking for a high level of service and this was delivered in every way.
