I Am extremely disappointed that i have not recived my money back from Lex Allen Grove. i had looked for a new property which was being built in, Plot No1 sedgley garden 12, sedgley road, tipton, west midlands we spend £4,000 on that new property and never had our money back i am very very angry at what has been done, i have lost bloody £4,000. they had also made a deal and that person was called lousie Hackett and she said to us if there was an issue with the property then we would give the money back instead we were been scammed by her and this was all becuase a property faulty. we are warning everyone to not get into the traps unless you got paperwork signed from them and yourself to have proof. WARNING ALERT: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE GOT PAPERWORK SIGNED FROM THEM. Thank you very much if anybody took support.

Fees are reasonable and were more than earnt in the time spent getting the deal across the line in chasing matters throughout the conveyancing process.
