The flat I rented in Brierley Hill was damp, featuring historical stains on the walls, developing patches in the suspended ceiling and mildew (which I treated several times). From the beginning this Estate Agents have been terrible. To start, when we were enquiring about a property they took weeks to call us back with information. Wish they ahdn't have bothered! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
