NSW Properties are a family owned Letting Agent based in Ormskirk with vast experience in the Letting Industry. We specialise in residential letting and property management within the private and student sector
NSW offers a management service to both Private and Student Landlords and we offer a wide variety of
houses, flats and flat/house shares. We can assist prospective tenants in finding a suitable property in Ormskirk and the surrounding areas whether it be a student or professional let, a houseshare/flatshare (which are let on a room by room basis). Our website provides information on each property including brochures, images, floorplans and in some cases 360 degree tours.
In addition to the above services, we also offer commercial property services, interior design advice and property maintenance.

went for a house viewing the other day and a man Max showed me around he was very friendly and informative about the house. The house was lovely as well however it did have a strange layout

Renting is always a stressful process, and NSW had made it as painless as possible over the previous three years. Too expensive. The rent should not be that high for the state of the accommodation, and the summer retainer was theft: he cost 350£ and you can see from my review what good he did.
