Ross (agent) and his daddy are like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.. if they were both the baddy. Landlord was also quite insidious. In short, very creepy gentlemen with a complete disregard for tenants and their well-being. Took months and over 10 emails to siphon a response from them w.r.t to desperately needed repairs. Obi-Wan Kenobi said it best: "only a Sith deals in absolutes"

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to phonecalls and letters promptly and addressed our issues rather than ignoring them.
