Slow to do repairs, very unresponsive on emails. Took £150 from my deposit for 'cleaning' despite flat being in better condition than when we moved in.

Worst experience of my life. Door was damaged when we moved in, told Ross, said it would be fixed. Then we were robbed, laptops gone. Uni work for years gone. This was just off byres road. Ross (agent) and his daddy are like Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.. if they were both the baddy. Landlord was also quite insidious. Absolute crooks more like. Just issued me with an eviction notice with no explanation why. I am not in arrears or have had any complaints. Take up to a year to repair issues with their property. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to phonecalls and letters promptly and addressed our issues rather than ignoring them.
