I was given the responsibility of organising the sale of my late Aunts house in St Helens. Not being from this area myself I contacted a couple of estate agents to do a valuation. The values came out exactly the same for both agents so it was down to who I thought was the most professional in their approach and who came across as most helpful. I was met by Johnathon from Ashtons estate agents at the property who explained everything to me regarding the process of selling the property including a marketing strategy and how all the photos would be done. Very professional in his approach, who would NOT want to buy a property from Johnathon. This meeting with Johnathon convinced me that this was the company to handle the sale. I soon had calls from Stacey Molyneux from Ashtons with dates and times for viewings from potential buyers. I was kept informed at all times on how the views were going and offers that were made. At all times I felt that I was being looked after by all the staff I had dealings with and felt confident that I made the right choice when I chose Ashtons to handle the sale. Sure enough they found a buyer. Anyone that's ever sold a property will tell you that this is only the first step in achieving a sale. The staff at Ashtons were excellent in getting this sale through as quickly as possible. When the legal teams were a bit slow coming forward the team at Ashtons were on to them to push them along (just what you need when you are looking for a quick sale). If it wasn't for the staff at Ashtons I would probably still be waiting for a completion date.
