Contacted gobind about a viewing; Asked three times; on the phone and in email over a Thursday and Friday but he said he couldn't make it so would ask a colleague or try the fareham branch. Heard nothing back so emailed him asking him to call me as the Monday we were down viewing prospective properties as relocating from over two hours away. Tried calling him from 8.45am to no avail. Finally got an email at 9.30am blaming the fareham branch as he said he couldn't get hold of them (I spoke to them twice and they were very friendly and helpful and had even tried to reach him themselves after I explained the situation). I asked to speak to his manager and she was very rude saying they couldn't do it and blaming me! She also said they can't get other branches to do viewings and he shouldn't have offered that but no apology whatsoever. If he had just said they couldn't do it that would have been fine but he was the one suggesting another branch do the viewing and leaving it open so I had left the time in my schedule to view seven houses in one day and subsequently wasted that time slot due to his incompetence. We are renting short term before we buy and we will be avoiding Austin wyatt at all costs.
