I'm in the process of buying and I had a phone call 2 days ago accusing me of pretty every form of me deliberately delaying, not having my deposit, wasting money of the vendor and how the vendor could sell for more and quicker with someone else (we are 5.5 weeks into the buying process) just about yelling at me for 20 minutes on my only day off of the week. I hung up on him in the end and made a formal complaint to their head office. The truth of the matter was it was simply the mortgage provider asking for more info and Austin and Wyatt deciding to throw their toys out of the pram because clearly they've lied to the vendor stating it would be sold quicker and they won't get their commission in January! They are bullies, they will harass you and I'm still yet to find out what estate agents even do! Avoid these monsters

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
