Told me I could move into a rented property and on then the day I was to move in, they said it was let to someone else. Also last week my son and partner arranged a viewing of a property to rent with them. He called them from Coleraine a few hours before the appointment time and everything was fine. Then when he got I to Belfast 15 minutes before the appointment time, they cancelled and said it was already agreed to someone else. Absolutely stinking behaviour. Extremely unprofessional. No stars.
