Had a terrible experience with this estate agent. AVOID! Staff were incoherent with their application process. Had a terrible experience with this estate agent. AVOID! Staff were incoherent with their application process. Although I was promised the house i had applied for and rushed to get my paperwork in, the day before the move in date I received a call stating that I was not successful with the house and my deposit was not returned with no clear reason as to why it was not successful. You can imagine how inconvenient this was, AVOID! My guess is that the staff work off commission receiving a cut of your application fee. I was also frustrated with their lack of care for data protection. I state again AVOID!!!! As the other reviews suggest they are TOXIC!

This estate agent is toxic. I strongly believe they knowingly let out a property with the knowledge that the landlord was dishonest. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
