I have no idea where to start this company is a joke. Chase payments and force you to move into a letting to get their commission cut. Let you walk into a property in a state not cleaned not maintained and then promise you a fjrst buy option. Call You 2.5 momths into 12 months lease to inform the month before Christmas landlords changed their mind and want you out son is buying property?? My Children moved from 7 yr home to settle here and then to be ripped away like it didnt matter. Not a care in the world from them how it affects you. Refuse to do any maintenance bullying you into doing it themselves using weak excuses like on blockd drains if its caused by blockage on assessment you will be liable for cost to put u off having a quote on it being fixed. Force an end of tenancy (basically get out) letter on you 4 months prior to lease end and then telephone you to work to harrass you into letting the son view property to take measurments?? Disgusting. After you have enough and do them a favour of leaving 4 months early they have the audacity to try to bill you from your deposit for the previous tennants maintenance needing done before i had moved. Drag out their contact time for responces on anything at all particularly if it involves money you own to be refunded. Each and every one of them are a disgrace in the 9 months i was there 2 of them left wonder why?? Lisa and gerard.... the check out gyy was a senior surveyor who claimed he knew nothing of my situation and only focused on photographing the damage left by previous tennant then despite me telling him it was left this way creating a report to send to landlord to bill me for the damage. I cannot wait to publish this in the paper. Really cannot wait. Im in advertising and they have messed with the wrong people. Reading the reviews i feel sick to my stomach the way other have been treated because i know i have been here and still waiting for my deposit- 7th june 2018

Morton Pinpoint is definitely not the agent to go to. They will never do anything unless they got the money. They never care about their tenants. I made an appointment by telephone on Friday to view an apartment in the Malone area. A time was agreed for the following Tuesday at 1.15 p.m.. A second telephone call was made on the Monday to confirm a precise time or the viewing. Assurances were given that this time was perfect and was now noted as confirmed. I arrived at the apartment 5 minutes ahead of the appointment time only to find no-one from Pinpoint turned up. Pinpoint were then telephoned and firstly they said this appointment was not made. After reporting this was not true, the next excuse was that the agent was there for a 1 p.m. appointment. After reporting that a 1.15 p.m. appointment had been agreed with two staff members during the two previous phone calls, a further check was made with other staff in their office. Apologies were then offered saying "wires were crossed by their staff". If you want to rent an apartment, I do not recommend Pinpoint.

Called about a property an hour after it was listed, was told I could not rent the property without viewing it but sent in an application anyway. Set up the earliest appointment for viewing two days later. The agent called and canceled this appointment an hour before it was due to happen and set up a different one for another two days later. Showed up for that appointment and waited 15 minutes before calling the agency only to find out that the property had been let and no one had bothered to let me know! Extremely bad management and I will never be using Morton Pinpoint in the future.

They tell you the wrong information over the phone and you think everything is going smoothly but it is just lies because it's friday and they don't want the hassle, pack of *****!! it has taken them 3 weeks to complete an application as they have constantly ****** up the information! I have no understanding to why this company even exists as they lack the ability to even pass on straight forward information on applications.

Although I was promised the house i had applied for and rushed to get my paperwork in, the day before the move in date I received a call stating that I was not successful with the house and my deposit was not returned with no clear reason as to why it was not successful. You can imagine how inconvenient this was, AVOID! My guess is that the staff work off commission receiving a cut of your application fee. I was also frustrated with their lack of care for data protection. I state again AVOID!!!! As the other reviews suggest they are TOXIC!

This estate agent is toxic. I strongly believe they knowingly let out a property with the knowledge that the landlord was dishonest. I am now having to take the landlord to court and Morton Pinpoint have washed their hands of all issues and are trying to let out the property again with the same dishonest landlord.
