My partner and I tried to rent unsuccessfully though this company. From calling to their office several times to being ignored on emails and after being called an amount if times âdarlingâ we obviously took our business elsewhere. Meanwhile they kept our £130 fees without a reasonable answer. This company keeps deleting all negative reviews. Please don't trust!

21 Jan 2019Dear Nuria, As you are aware references were instructed on your application which is why the referencing fee was held despite your tenancy not moving forward. We have previously advised you of the reasons it didn't move forward but if you wish to discuss this further please do contact the office on 01789 207126

21 Jan 2019Dear Camille, Thank you very much for your promp response. unfortunately the way in which we live the experience with you does not explain the same thing. 1) We were deliberately ignored when you did not even know how our case was being concluded. 2) My partner and I had to contact paragoon (023 pay phone number) to have information about the process and that you could not give us an answer. 3) there was an information problem and the information of the landlords was mixed with the address of where they live and obviously they did not want to give references or endanger their privacy to something suspicious. But it was paragoon who told us the reason. 4) We were never notified of this problem in order to solve it in time because AGAIN you had no idea how the process of pur case was. 5) When we were informed by: Lauren Taylor of Paragon it was too late because you in Peter Clarke had given the wrong information to the landlord making us look like we had bad references when that's not the case. For that reason he did not want to give us a second chance to solve it. We lost £ 130, they treated patronizing us and saying "how stressful is a moving can be" constantly. I know how it is because at this point I didn't have a house to live. We took our business to Accord and they sorted us out within 4 days and good references.

22 Jan 2019Dear Nuria, I appreciate your comments but ultimately signed application forms need to be completed accurately. Unfortunately the Landlord did not want to proceed due to a number of inconsistencies on the forms which meant they lost confidence. We are however delighted you are in your new home and wish you all the best for the future

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
